Week 6: Lesson and Assignments 

Theme

During our week 7 lesson, we will become familiar with Themes in Literature.  The “Theme” in a story is the underlying message or lesson in the story.  Sometimes stories have many themes.  Some examples are below: 

Directions for assignment:

1. Watch the "Themes in Literature" Lesson Video prepared by your teachers

2.  After watching the video - Complete the attached Theme Assignment

3.  Extension Activity (This is optional / it does NOT have to be completed): Once you have completed the attached assignment, you can complete the Extension Activities provided
