WEEK OF: March 14th - 18th, 2011

This week we will be conducting PSSA testing.  Please make sure your child gets a good night sleep and eats a healthy breakfast.  To ensure students are more comfortable with the testing process and know what will be expected of them, we have been reviewing skills and concepts by completing the PSSA Reading and Math practice tests last week. 
On Friday, 3rd will participate in our Annual 3rd Grade St. Patrick's Day parade.

This week we will be working in our PSSA practice test booklets to help us prepare for the PSSA’s next week. This is also Miss Dyszel’s last week with us. She has to go to her next Student Teaching assignment. Her last day will be Friday.

Math – Complete questions 1-17 in Practice booklet

Science – Review vocabulary and content sheets ~ test Wednesday

Music – Practice “Mary Had a Little Lamb” on your recorder and review study guide for test tomorrow in Music





Tuesday (Day 2 Music)

Math – Complete questions 18-22 and 25-34

Science – Study vocab and content sheets; test Wed.



Wednesday (Day 3 Gym)

Math – Complete questions 35-46

Reading – Read Story “John and his Seeds”; Complete questions 1-9



Thursday (Day 4 Computer)
