Math – WB page 44; Practice your Multiplication facts (0,1,2,3, & 5)
Reading – Study new vocabulary; Test on Friday for “Rosie, a Visiting Dog’s Story”
Spelling – Write each spelling word 3x’s each; Pretest on Wednesday
Science – no homework
This week’s Spelling list words- boots, grouped, shook, school, looked, hood, choose, cooking, balloon, loose, afternoon, shampoo, soon, grooming, and snoop. Please note this week’s test will be written in cursive.
This week’s Reading vocabulary: firm, confident, comfortable, approach, equipment, program, and appointment

TUESDAY
Math – WB page 45; Ch. 8 test on Tuesday 1/13/08. Please study your 0 / 1 / 2 / 3 / & 5 Multiplication facts or be able to complete an array to solve the problems
Reading – Study new vocabulary; Test on Friday for “Rosie, a Visiting Dog’s Story”
Spelling – Write a sentence for each spelling word – Pretest on Wednesday
Science – no homework

THURSDAY
Math – WB page 46; Ch. 8 test on Wed. 1/14/08. Please study your 0 / 1 / 2 / 3 / & 5 Multiplication facts or be able to complete an array to solve the problems
Reading – Comprehension Wkst.; Test on Monday 1/12/09 for “Rosie, a Visiting Dog’s Story” – read over story and study vocabulary
Spelling –Pretest Friday – Test Monday 1/12/09…you will be required to write list words in cursive
Science – no homework

FRIDAY
*Continue to practice your Multiplication facts !!! We have reviewed 0, 1, 2, 3, and 5’s.

* Reading and Spelling Tests will be Monday 1/12/09

*Math Chapter 8 test moved to Wed. 1/14/09
