Wednesday - I mustache you not to do drugs - wear your muistaches and NS spirit shirts
Thursday - Hairs to a drug free life - crazy hair
Friday - Love yourself day - wear NS spirit shirts
**Reading—We have completed the first Unit and will be working on the Unit 1 Benchmark Test next week. We will be taking a different section Monday, Tuesday, and Wed. On Thursday we will begin watching The March of the Penguins. This will prepare us for our next story entitled Penguin Chick.
**Spelling—We will be
reviewing words from all 5 Spelling lists that we have covered so far. We will be taking a Unit Test on Thursday
10/30.
**Grammar—We will be reviewing all topics that we have covered in our first unit next week. We will have a Unit Review Test on Thursday 10/30.
**Math –Subtraction is
our focus for next week. We will work
through lesson 3-8 to 3-10 and then take a Subtraction Test on Friday 10/31. It
won’t be Frightening so Don’t be Scared!!!
**Science—So far we have
discussed technology, work, and machines. Lesson 3 is all about the Design
Process. This is the last lesson in
Chapter 2 so be sure to study vocab when it is assigned.
