WEEK OF: May 8th - 12th, 2017

**Just a reminder: Monday; May 8^th will be an extended school day. Students will be dismissed at 3:45 pm

***Our fieldtrip is Tuesday; May 9^th. Fieldtrip reminder sheets went home on Friday. Students should arrive at school by 7:45 am. Our buses are leaving promptly at 8:00 am. Students are to wear their NSE fieldtrip t-shirt and dress code shorts or pants. Students should bring a brown bag lunch with their name marked on the outside. 

Monday 5/8/17 – Day 2 Computers

Math – Division Fact WS (Quiz Fri) / 15-3 WS

Reading – Read story “Tops and Bottoms”; Review vocab and Author’s Purpose(Test Fri)

Grammar – Review Conjunctions and Compound Sentences (Test Friday)

Spelling – Review new list words and get pretest signed

Social Studies – Read small reader “Christopher Columbus” and review new vocabulary

Tuesday 5/9/17 – FIELDTRIP to Whitaker Science Center

*Students are to wear there NSE fieldtrip T-shirt and dress code appropriate shorts or pants. Students should bring a brown bag lunch with their name on the outside.  Please arrive by 7:45 am.  Buses are leaving promptly at 8:00 am.
